Part 1: MIND + MEDITATION - Self-Love and Mindset for Healthy, Happy, Skin Series 🖤
In the beauty industry, Self-Love is NOT at the forefront.
BUT… it should be!
I decided to start my blog off the right way… yes, that’s right… this is my FIRST blog post 🖤
So I thought that addressing how important mindset set and self love is for having a happy, and healthy mind, and skin.
Over the next 4 blog posts, I will share some self-loving tricks, tips, ideas and videos. So be sure to follow along with each of them.
To begin, here are 4+ beautiful ways to show yourself some love.
The first one is super simple, yet sometimes is difficult to do. BUUUT... it is also powerful and important. Mindset is the absolute key to loving yourself.

Find a mirror.
Look in it.
Tell yourself out loud "I love you. You are amazing. You are beautiful."
That's it. Simple, right!?!
The more we tell ourselves these beautiful affirmations, the more we begin to believe them. Trust me, I speak from experience. The more negative speak we use with ourselves the more we believe it. And if we are angerly touching ourselves at the same time (ie. "my skin looks terrible" and then you pick at it), it manifests a negative notion.
SO... keep it positive, ya'll!

Now that you are speaking to yourself in a loving way.
Let's now SHOW ourselves how much we care.
1. Give yourself a hug. (SERIOUSLY!) Just as how we speak to ourselves is important, touch is too... loving touch and kindness is so profound.
Which leads me to...
2. Meditate. So simple (especially guided) yet so profound.
This is a great way to clear energies and manifest self-love.

3. Now that you are clear and grounded and feeling energetically vibrant.
Give yourself a massage - neck, face, even while cleansing your skin or applying your serum or moisturizer, whatever the mood calls for. Just be sure to do it in a loving manner. In the weeks ahead I will be giving you a easy follow-video... so stay tuned for that!

Go for a short stroll
in nature for some fresh air.
Take some nice healing belly breaths. Deep belly breaths are a great way to stimulate the Vagus nerve and the lymphatic system, and while outside in nature, you get the extra benefit of movement and the rejuvenating properties of Mother Nature.
