Gua Sha tools are one of my favorites because they can be used for multiple reasons. They help relieve muscle tension and create circulation. You can also do lifting and sculpting movements. You can use it for stimulating lymphatic drainage and you can use it for connective tissue work. It also can be used to help redirect energy in the meridians when used the traditional way based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Each focus requires different techniques.
